How to pay
We accept: PayPal payments, Credit Cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Local Gateways like iDEAL, SEPA Direct Debit supported by Stripe. SEPA requires store currency to be set to EUR (if available). It is safe, easy and quick.
The payment methods are stored securely in payment processor’s vault and never touch our server. Just fill up your cart and make a payment via your favorite processor.
We can take payments in person via BACS as well. More commonly known as direct bank/wire transfer. Before make this payment please understand if this is international payment then high fees might be required. Please contact us by email if you wish to use BACS (not activated now).
Is it safe
Our web shop is safe place. We do not have available your credit card information, nor we have access to that, nor to your PayPal or other Payment Processor’s accounts. Besides decoupagepaper.net is secured by SSL key. The SSL secures our website domain name and helps to protect user’s information over internet. The SSL Certificate, comes with 256-bit encryption, trusted by all web browsers with 99.9%compatibility.
The enhanced payment system available for payments on our website gives you a simplified checkout experience that keeps you local to our website throughout the payment authorization process and enables you to use your PayPal balance, bank account, or credit card to pay without sharing or entering any sensitive information on our site.
We have available the information that you fill up on our website when you create an account with us and/or place an order. This is necessary for us to ship your items (more on this read our Privacy Policy).
When order is processed
When you place your order it needs to be paid for within the next 180 minutes (3 hours). As soon as the time limit timed out your order gets ‘Canceled’ and you have to place anew to make a payment in case you did not.
After the payment your order will have status ‘Processed’ for up to 48-72 hours max (Sat-Sun are days off for the post office). You will be informed by email when your order is complete and shipped.
When using BACS as a payment, the order process time might take longer before we actually prepare it for the shipment.
Extra Fees or Tax
No Hidden Fees.
We do not collect any tax, nor VAT nor SALES tax. The price at the shop is final. If the item’s being sent from outside the US, the recipient may have to pay duty and customs processing fees. However, US consignments under $800 are not subject to VAT or customs duties.
