Return and Refund Policy

If you have accidentally ordered the wrong item or you have an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us sending an email and explaining what has happened. This is not the case if you ordered products from a ‘Discounted’ section. Read each product description carefully where it is said about the faults that might be there if any.

If you would like to exchange your item for an alternative, we suggest you return the unwanted goods to us for processing and place a new order.

If your shipment is damaged while in a transit you must file claim with a post office not the shop.

Sale and discounted items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items or items from a ‘Discounted’ section cannot be refunded.

How to return

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed after your merchandise was received, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To return an item or all order, you will need to contact us. Start this process online. Simply Login and go to the contact page, choose the relevant order number and let us know which item/order you would like to return.

Returned shipment

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returned shipment must be packed properly and sent by registered/tracked postal service to the address: Alejas, Suntaži, Ogres nov. LV-5060, Latvia. Please contact us prior returning your items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and full refund will be given to the buyer except shipping values. So, you can get back the amount you paid for, but less shipping costs.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Canceling order

If you wish to edit or cancel an existing order it is necessary for you immediately to contact us online with a request.
