We are located in Europe, LATVIA. We ship worldwide for a flat rate of $10.99. Get as many items as you like, we will combine your order. Get FREE shipping when your order exceeds $59! More take, more save!

Is my shipment tracked?

All the shipments are tracked from the departure State Postal Service website here: www.pasts.lv After parcels cross the border, you are able to check with your local state post serviss, for USA it is usps.com (https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input).
The tracking number and direct link for tracking will be given to your email address after dispatch of your order.

How long does it take to receive my package?

Transit time is different to each country and place, but average is around 10-20 days.

• USA receive parcels within 8-10 days, but sometime in very rare cases it might take up to 30 days.
• Europe receive parcels within 7-8 days.

We ship out in 1-3 working days after payment is received, except Saturdays, Sundays and official State Holidays when the Post Office here is closed. Shipping hours: Mon-Fri. Sat-Sun is OFF.

What if I do not receive my order?

If the parcel has not arrived within 30 days, immediately contact us by email. We will check where is the problem. Every shipment is tracked and after 30 days we are eligible to ask the postal service to give a check to the transit track. If the post service confirms that the package has not been delivered and is lost in a transit, Decoupage Paper Shop will give a full refund of your payment including shipping cost. Please note our time zone, with US might be around 10 hours difference (Eastern European Standard Time, UTC/GMT+3).

Please note that Customs due ( if any ) is a Buyer’ s responsibility. However, US consignments under $800 are not subject to VAT or customs duties.

We do not collect any taxes, we do not collect shipping tax. The prices stated are final. More detailed information can be fond here.

Size

Normally our standard rice paper sheets are A4 size, please check the item description. Dimensions A4 measures 210 × 297 millimeters or 8.27 × 11.69 inches. And this is the size of an envelope as well. Larger than the standard size papers will be posted folded. Smaller might be posted in a smaller envelope.

Napkins are coming in 2 sizes – lunch and cocktail. These we ship folded as they are in a smaller bubble padded envelope or large A4 size (depends of the quantity).

Packaging

Items are post in a large bubble envelope not folded if possible (except paper napkins and double size rice paper sheets). The padded envelopes are made of the highest quality externally laminated paper and lined with a bubble film. The envelopes are made of materials that provide maximum protection against mechanical damage and humidity. They are also completely opaque, thus not allowing to see through the envelope. A hard carton is placed inside the envelope to ensure it holds its shape during transit.
